Yoga for Athletes

4-week series with Jan Eichstaedt

Saturdays 4-5:15 pm, October 15 - November 5, 2022

This series will be a collaborative effort of the teacher and practitioners to bring together experience and knowledge from different sports to inform our vinyasa. The art of vinyasa derives from Sri Krishnamacharya's experimental yoga style: constantly changing, adapted to the practitioner's ages, aptitudes, constitutions, capabilities, and life paths. Together, we will adapt to your athletic needs and aspirations thereby also advancing on the path of Yoga. We will craft effective sequences of challenging Yoga poses to boost our range of motion, strength, balance, and health.

No experience with Yoga is necessary.
