Yoga’s mindful flow has a lot in common with the rhythm of tennis. Both require presence, focus, and the ability to move fluidly from one moment to the next.
Join Michelle for this 5-week series, designed specifically for tennis players. It offers a holistic approach that blends strength, stability, balance, and spinal mobility to enhance performance on the court while also supporting recovery off the court.
Each class will include:
~ Balance and proprioceptive awareness
~ Core strengthening
~ The 7 movements of the spine
~ Mobility and stability for joint health
~ Mindful breath work
Appropriate for all levels, this class will be taught in a Hatha Flow style, with both flows and longer held poses. Restorative poses will be offered in the warm-ups and cool-downs to promote healing and recovery, so you can move with greater ease, stability, and confidence in all areas of your daily life.
