Rhonda Joy Rubin

Rhonda began her journey with yoga as a way to incorporate focus in her efforts as a young gymnast.  The JOY she found on the mat has kept her connected to yoga ever since.  The practice of yoga serves as her doorway and journey of remembering our connection to the wisdom and knowledge that resides inside each of us.

As an active practitioner during the busiest and most challenging years of her life - working full time and raising her 2 beloved sons, she found yoga to be a retreat for calming her mind and body. The practice provides opportunity to regain and build strength, flexibility and connection.  When the time to pursue her passion of diving deeper into her study of yoga in 2015 arrived; she dived in.

Rhonda loves to share the JOY yoga has brought her. She continues to grow her practice and teachings through workshops, self-study, personal practice and simply showing up. She is a 500 hr Trauma Informed RYT with additional Certification in teaching Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Compassionate Senior Yoga. Her classes focus on stability and alignment, self-acceptance, and consciously connecting breath to movement while offering a challenging yet accessible; safe practice for all.
