Advanced Series: Better Breathing, Better Being

This advanced series assumes you are familiar with the basic healthy breathing skills covered in the introductory series and have a breath-focused practice outside of class. The advanced series will include:

  • Continued development of cueing asana practice as a moving meditation
  • Building your personal pranayama repertoire
  • Breathing practices for off-the-mat
  • Subtle breathing skills (Dirgha, Sukshma, the role of CO2) and useful off-the-mat practices
  • “Engage your core” and “core breathing” skills
