Strength & Surrender blends the invigorating energy of flowing movement with the deep calm of stillness, making it the perfect practice for releasing stress after the holidays. Each class begins with strong, high-energy flows designed to build heat, strength, and focus. As the intensity peaks, the pace gradually softens into restorative poses that invite a sense of grounding and peace. The practice closes with guided meditation or yoga nidra, creating a space to rest deeply, release tension, and return to your center.
