Yin/Yang Fusion

4-week class series, February 22 - March 15

This class will combine the fruits of Yin and Yang Yoga, specifically a practice for the healthy stretching and strengthening of the Yin side of the body: joints, ligaments, and connective tissue and a practice for the Yang side of the body: muscles. The first part of the practice will be devoted to the deeper tissues of Yin which will involve longer hold times. The second half of the practice focuses on the Yang side of the body and the muscles where we will engage in some delicious flows often seen in Hatha and Gentle Yoga. A true full-body experience!
