Yoga for Menopause

This class is a safe and welcoming space for women to openly discuss the three phases of menopause and the impact of these changes on your life. We will have space to Identify your roles in life and consider how the fluctuations in your physical and emotional self impact your perceptions of yourself. We will use yoga, pranayama and mindfulness practices to manage the symptoms of menopause in daily life. We will consider and develop the mindset that the post-menopausal years are a joyful time for personal acceptance and growth.
