Yoga for Swimmers with Layla Gama

4-week series: Tuesdays 1:30-2:30 pm on July 7, 14, 21, 28

Yoga for swimmers is a class designed for those who regularly swim and/or participate in water sports and activities. The class is hatha/vinyasa-based and suitable for all levels. We will focus on gently stretching the major muscle groups of the body with the assistance of props such as blocks, bolsters and straps while also building strength in the body. 

This class is not recommended for those who are pre- or postnatal. 

Non-swimmers are welcome to join!
