Emily Davis

Emily Davis is a Yoga Therapist, Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. Emily’s yoga journey began in 2014 during her search for healing and spiritual growth. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Ubud, Bali with High Vibe Yoga in 2016. Shortly after, she moved to San Juan, Puerto Rico and started teaching full time. As she continued to study, she was drawn to yoga’s powerful therapeutic effects.

In 2021, Emily completed an 800 hour yoga therapy training with Inner Peace Yoga Therapy in Denver, Colorado. She is passionate about working with those that experience chronic pain and/or anxiety/depression. Her classes aim to address all levels of our being. She creates a sacred space for students to explore and to adapt the practice. Her instruction is playful, compassionate, and encouraging. Emily believes that silence and stillness are gifts and makes a point to incorporate both into her teaching.

When she’s not teaching, Emily is a self-employed massage therapist (www.wildrosetherapeutics.com) in Herndon, VA. She is a believer in the transformative power of travel and organizes destination yoga retreats. She loves baking, techno and playing with her dog, Moose.
