Katherine Little-Link

Kat came to yoga at a young age to ease anxiety and racing thoughts. As she got older she developed a strong personal practice where she came to remember herself. To dive deeper into this practice she enrolled in Beloved Yoga's 200 hr teacher training, and fell in love with the process of sharing the medicinal qualities of yoga that offered her so much relief. Kat believes that at it's core, yoga is the process of regulating the nervous system, and curbing the constant chatter of the mind.

Kat continues to learn and grow under the mentorship and guidance of Heather Hagaman, and aims to provide a safe and accessible space for the exploration of the body's innate inner wisdom. In class you will be seen and heard with value, while practicing breath, movement, and contemplation.

Off the mat, Kat enjoys reading from (and adding to!) her bookshelf, self-expression through multimedia artworks, and exploring the natural beauty that Virginia has to offer with her family.
