Yoga is more than asana, it is a way of living in harmony with all beings.
Tracey completed her 200 HR teacher training at Beloved Yoga. She holds the RYT-200 credential through Yoga Alliance and is working on her additional 300 HR training to become an RYT-500. Currently, she teaches hatha flow classes, which focus on breath to guide movement. Poses included gentle warm-ups that lead to core strengtheners, flows, and pauses to enjoy the transitions. Most importantly, she wants everyone in class to listen to their inner teacher and have fun.
Tracey first started practicing yoga to improve flexibility and movement for running. She gained more than flexibility as she learned about the meditative aspects and other dimensions of yoga. She believes daily movement is key to lifelong mobility and enjoys helping others find a practice that works for them.
When Tracey is not teaching or attending yoga classes, she can usually be found outside – her favorite place! She enjoys reading, running, strength training, hiking, kayaking and enjoying life with her soulmate and husband, Luther. She and Luther love to travel. Of all their journeys together, the most transformational was the 500+ mile Camino de Santiago in northern Spain. May all pilgrims find paz (peace) and un buen camino (a good path).
