$45.00 Ayurvedic Winter Reset: THE GROUNDING
An Ayurvedic winter reset focuses on detoxing and nourishing the mind, body, and gut with seasonal nutrition and simple rituals.
Why reset in winter?
In Ayurveda, winter is a season with Vata (cold, dry) and Kapha (heavy, damp) qualities, which can lead to sluggish digestion, lethargy, and a buildup of toxins. A winter reset is designed to:
Strengthen Agni: Stimulate the digestive fire, which tends to weaken in cold weather and with heavy holiday foods.
Boost immunity: Improve overall strength and resilience against seasonal illnesses.
Increase energy: Counteract sluggishness and lethargy.
Calm the nervous system: Settle the erratic Vata energy that can be heightened in winter.
We will cook an easily digestible meal to balance the body's energies (doshas), gently eliminate toxins (ama), and nourish our gut using seasonal produce.
We will go over the concept of dinacharya and sustainable winter practices to understand how they help us feel grounded, energized, focused, and sleep better.
(PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is non-refundable, but it is transferable. Please contact admin@belovedyoga.com before February 14 to request account credit.)
