$0.00 Beloved Mothers Circle
Join us for a free monthly Mothers Circle, a welcoming space to connect, share, and grow in community. Together with the Beloved Yoga sangha and LeShanta as our Circle Keeper, we hold space for reflection and shared growth. Each month, a unique theme or guest facilitator is offered to support your maternal journey, from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. See the schedule below
We’ll meet on the second Sunday of each month at 11:00 AM.
Babies and little ones are welcome. Each gathering will include light movement, a relaxed “sip and chat,” and plenty of space for sharing stories, laughter, and support.
Come as you are, stay for connection, and leave feeling nourished in both body and spirit.
May 10:
Mother’s Day Circle: Birthing the Peaceful Woman
Hosted by LeShanta
Motherhood is more than giving birth to a baby; it is the continuous birthing of new layers of ourselves. This Mother’s Day circle is a space to pause, reflect, and honor the woman within the mother. We’ll explore identity shifts, intuition, balance, and what it means to celebrate and nurture the peaceful woman you are becoming. This conversation is about honoring not only what you pour in, but also the woman you have birthed through every season of growth, challenge, and transformation.
Connection After Birth: Nurturing Marriage & Partnership in Motherhood
Guest speaker: Lawrence Uman
Motherhood changes everything, including the relationship between partners. In June’s Beloved Mothers Circle, we welcome special guest Lawrence Uman, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, for an honest and supportive conversation about marriage, partnership, and maintaining connection after birth. We’ll explore how parenthood shifts relationships, the common challenges couples face during the postpartum and parenting seasons, and practical ways to protect intimacy, communication, and emotional connection as they navigate new roles and responsibilities.
The Pelvic Floor: A Conversation Every Mother Should Have
Panel Discussion
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum bring major changes to the body, yet many women are never taught how to truly care for their pelvic floor. This circle will feature a panel discussion with pelvic floor therapists from different practices, offering insight into pelvic floor health, common concerns that are often normalized, and practical ways to support healing, strength, and long-term wellness. This conversation is for every mother, whether newly postpartum or years into motherhood.
