$0.00 Beloved Mothers Circle
Join us for a free monthly Mothers Circle, a welcoming space to connect, share, and grow in community. Together with the Beloved Yoga sangha and LeShanta as our Circle Keeper, we hold space for reflection and shared growth. Each month, a unique theme or guest facilitator is offered to support your maternal journey, from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. See the schedule below
We’ll meet on the second Sunday of each month at 11:00 AM.
Babies and little ones are welcome. Each gathering will include light movement, a relaxed “sip and chat,” and plenty of space for sharing stories, laughter, and support.
Come as you are, stay for connection, and leave feeling nourished in both body and spirit.
February 8th theme: Nourishing Love
Guest speaker: Judy Caplan, MS, RDN
Registered Dietitian
In February, we’ll gather around the idea of nourishment as an act of love. Without pressure, perfection, or restriction, this conversation will explore how food supports our energy, mood, healing, and overall well-being during pregnancy, early motherhood, and throughout childhood development. Judy will share her perspective as a registered dietitian in a space that prioritizes compassion, practicality, and real life, while answering questions and meeting mothers exactly where they are.
March 8th theme: Restoring Balance from the Inside Out
Guest: Dr. Amy Duong, Naturopathic Doctor & Licensed Acupuncturist
Duong Naturopathic & Acupuncture
https://www.dramyduong.com/
Motherhood asks a lot of the body, often quietly. In March, we’ll explore how acupuncture can support you through the physical and emotional shifts of pregnancy and postpartum. This conversation will touch on easing common discomforts during pregnancy, preparing the body for birth, supporting recovery after birth, and navigating hormonal changes. Dr. Duong will share how restoring balance within the body can help you feel more supported, regulated, and resilient during this season, while answering questions you may already be holding.
