Join us for a free monthly Mothers Circle, a welcoming space to connect, share, and grow in community. Together with the Beloved Yoga sangha and LeShanta as our Circle Keeper, we hold space for reflection and shared growth. Each month, a unique theme or guest facilitator is offered to support your maternal journey, from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. See the schedule below

We’ll meet on the second Sunday of each month at 11:00 AM.

Babies and little ones are welcome. Each gathering will include light movement, a relaxed “sip and chat,” and plenty of space for sharing stories, laughter, and support.

Come as you are, stay for connection, and leave feeling nourished in both body and spirit.

July 12:
The Pelvic Floor: A Conversation Every Mother Should Have
Circle Guests:
• Kaelie Walsh, PT, DPT
• Dr. Ella Roberts, DPT
• Meredith Hermann, PT, DPT
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum bring major changes to the body, yet many women are never taught how to truly care for their pelvic floor. This circle will feature a discussion with pelvic floor therapists from different practices, offering insight into pelvic floor health, common concerns that are often normalized, and practical ways to support healing, strength, and long-term wellness.
This conversation is for every mother, whether newly postpartum or years into motherhood.
