Join LeShanta Baker and the Beloved Yoga sangha for a free monthly gathering to connect, share, and grow in community with other mothers and mothers-to-be. Each month, a unique theme or guest facilitator is offered to support your maternal journey, from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. See the schedule below

We’ll meet on the second Sunday of each month at 11:00 AM.

Babies and little ones are welcome. Each gathering will include light movement, a relaxed “sip and chat,” and plenty of space for sharing stories, laughter, and support.

Come as you are, stay for connection, and leave feeling nourished in both body and spirit.

The guest speaker for October is Diana Forbes, an executive coach. Diana excelled in a "good government job" but left it twice over a 14-year period because the paycheck and conditions didn't seem "worth it" as a mother. She understands that a woman's expectations and workload at home directly affect her capacity for career and other goals.

As a certified Fair Play facilitator, she helps mothers implement proven systems from Eve Rodsky's "Fair Play" book and card deck to relieve work/life burnout. Though she primarily focuses on validating and supporting mothers with heavy domestic/invisible/mental workloads, she loves that this system ultimately benefits ALL members of a household by aligning their values as a family and creating uninterrupted time for everyone's most important priorities.

You can learn more about her impact and services at dianaforbes.com.

Bess O'Keeffe will be our guest speaker for November and the topic is Newborn Care: Supporting Baby’s Body from Fascia to Fingers.
