Get ready to join in the fun as we gear up to celebrate the Worm Full Moon in March! It's a time all about renewal and rebirth, and we'd love for you to be a part of it at our monthly celebration organized by Sohum Center and held at the Beloved Yoga Sanctuary.

Spend the evening with us as we welcome the spring awakening. This event marks the beginning of a new cycle, heralding the emergence of life after the winter chill.

But that's not all - during our gathering, you'll get to dive into all sorts of cool activities with us. From Kundalini yoga to blissful sound baths, and even trying out some henna art, there's something here for everyone to enjoy. So come on, let's embrace these enriching experiences together as we welcome the season of growth and rejuvenation!

Kundalini Yoga offers a holistic approach, drawing from various yoga traditions. This practice directly influences the nervous system and works to stimulate the endocrine gland system. Earning it the nickname of “yoga for awareness,” also known as “yoga for householders,” welcoming everyone, especially those leading busy lives. The class will culminate with a sublime sound bath to invite harmony and ease. Class will be led by Madhavi.

Henna, also known as Mehndi, stands out as one of the most renowned botanicals globally. Belonging to the evergreen family and originating from Egypt, a nation still a primary source of this plant, henna thrives in arid climates like those of India, Northern Africa, and the Middle East. The reddish-brown dye, extracted by crushing dried leaves and blending the powder with natural acidic components like eucalyptus oil, lemon juice, or black tea, serves as a remedy for blemishes, dark spots, and scars. Truly, nature often holds the most potent remedies, and henna emerges as a cherished hidden treasure deeply embedded in Eastern traditions, now gradually finding its place in Western cultures.
