This workshop will offer insights for those navigating chronic pain on how to incorporate yoga tools in a meaningful way into daily life.  For those suffering from chronic pain, yoga is a wonderful tool to reduce pain over time. Learn how yogic practices, including breath work, meditation, and movement/postures, can help manage persistent pain.

Carrie Apostolou

Carrie has practiced yoga for over 25 years and completed 200-hour teacher training at Beloved Yoga in 2024 after concluding a career working in the U.S. Senate and in government relations. She is excited about having discovered her true passion in yoga and finds joy in sharing yoga with others. Carrie is currently working on attaining her 500-hour level training at Beloved. Having managed chronic pain for many years, Carrie discovered that the mind-body approach inherent in yoga is extraordinarily helpful in healing from chronic pain symptoms, and this continues to be an area of focus for her.
