Mantras and mudras are very useful tools to support whatever you might want to manifest. Mantras are commonly cited as ways to enhance performance or to manifest an outcome or fulfill an intention. It’s based on the power of positive thinking.

Mudras are ways to influence how our minds and bodies connect, so when we curl, cross, touch, and stretch our hands and fingers in specific ways, we empower full body/mind manifestation of intention.

Meditation will be an invitation through states of concentration and absorption, accessible for all.

Join us on Wednesday mornings at 8 am to expand and invite vitality and focus.
