Morning Yin is a slow practice that integrates the breath with steady movement, allowing the body to arrive in the stillness of Yin. Release tension and find ease in the body, mind, and spirit through a practice that gradually flows into longer holds. This class is designed to be accessible to all. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement.



Eleanor Ware

Eleanor first began practicing yoga in 2001, and over time she realized the health benefits of a consistent asana practice. She strives to maintain simplicity in her practice and life... a little movement, breath, and a pause. Study to inform the journey. She enjoys learning about the many layers of yoga, and how they may be applied to life off the mat. She believes the practice of yoga brings one closer to their true nature, and that is where the magic is! Her desire is to offer classes that create a safe space for exploration to students. She embodies a joyful spirit in all she does and hopes to spread the joy to others through her practice.

Eleanor completed her 200 and 300-hour Teacher Trainings at Beloved Yoga’s school with Maryam Ovissi. She is an RYT-500 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor. When not practicing yoga, Eleanor can usually be found in nature, spending time with friends and family, and connecting with her faith community. She is a mental health therapist by profession.
