$25.00 New Year’s Eve Yoga & Sound Journey: Resilience Through Resonance

Join Alyson and Lorena as we prepare to cross the threshold into the New Year together! Let's gather in community to remember a simple truth: there is only so much healing we can do alone. The deeper, more meaningful healing — the kind that softens, restores, and transforms — happens in connection.

This special New Year’s Eve Yoga and Sound event invites you into a space where movement, breath, and vibration open the heart and strengthen the spirit. Through gentle yoga, meditative stillness, and the soothing resonance of a sound bath, we embrace the year behind us and honor all that has shaped us. The sound bath will feature several healing instruments and Mantra, offering a deeply restorative experience.

The resonance of resilience is something we cultivate in community. When we come together, we share the weight of what has been in all its dimensions. We allow ourselves to be held. And in that same space, we share the joy — because shared joy becomes magnified: half grief, double joy.

During our time together, we will:

~ Create a meditative flower and fruit mandala as a symbolic intention for 2026

~ Share gratitude in community

~ Restore the body with nourishing movement

~ Nourish inner strength through sound and stillness

~ Release what no longer aligns with our intention

~ Celebrate the arrival of a new chapter, renewed and supported

We will close our gathering by sharing Prasad, a small offering of blessed food, symbolizing the sweetness of community, gratitude, and the nourishing energy we cultivate together. This is a night to breathe, to feel, to connect — and to welcome the new year with clarity, openness, and communal warmth.

Step into the new year grounded, inspired, and resonant.

Alyson Maclatchy

Aly believes that yoga wakes us up! Yoga invites us to embrace ourselves as whole beings while encouraging us to refine; always. It is the way we engage with everything that informs and empowers the way we live. She also believes deeply in the medicine inherent in the natural world that is accessible by simply paying attention.

Aly received her 200 hour certification through Frog Lotus International Yoga School under Vidya Heisel. She completed a 72 hour anatomy intensive from the Anatomy School for Yoga Teachers in New York under Jason Brown. Aly will always consider herself first and foremost a student of yoga and of being a teacher of yoga. She attends classes, workshops, intensives, and trainings whenever possible. Her teaching continues to be influenced by teachers like Marni Sclaroff, Tara Judelle, Elena Brower, Tiffany Cruikshank, and Darren Rhodes.

As a teacher, Aly intends to create a safe space that encourages practitioners to have an experience of themselves. Her classes are intelligently sequenced and infused with intention, breath awareness, body alignment, and lots of smiles.

You will most likely find Aly in the woods, dancing, studying “green witcheries”, meditating, or being a goofball with her son, Tommy. Visit Aly online at www.gratefullyrooted.com.
