Restorative Yoga and Sound encourages deep inner nourishment and relaxation, allowing the body, mind and breath to connect, restore and rejuvenate. It cultivates a calm, sense of well-being, inviting all the layers of the body to merge into a peaceful state of being.

Appropriate for all levels, this class starts with a light warm-up, followed by a sequence of supportive, restful, and long-held poses. This type of yoga includes the use of props like blocks, blankets, and bolsters, as appropriate, to enhance the relaxing and effortless experience.

Restorative Yoga and Sound is a practice that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—accessing deep states of relaxation. Soothing music is played throughout the class, including still tongue bowl soothing sounds, gong, and mantra exploration, among others.
