Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath + CommuniTEA encourages deep inner nourishment and relaxation, allowing the body, mind, and breath to connect, restore and rejuvenate. This combination cultivates a calm sense of well-being and deep relaxation, inviting all layers of the body to merge into a peaceful state of being.

The CommuniTEA portion of the evening is an invitation to gather in the lounge for tea right after the end of class to connect and enjoy the after-effects of the sound bath and overall relaxing experience. This safe space sets a nourishing environment to get to know one another and build up our yogi community.

Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath is a practice that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—accessing deep states of relaxation. Soothing crystal quartz singing bowls, mantra and kirtan, nature sound instruments, chimes, and tongue drums are played throughout the class, as well as soothing music.

Appropriate for all levels, this class starts with a light warm-up, followed by a sequence of supported, restful, and long-held poses. This type of yoga includes the use of props like blocks, blankets, and bolsters, as appropriate, to enhance the relaxing and effortless experience.
