This 3-hour workshop is designed specifically for women to explore the profound connection between yin yoga and emotional renewal. Facilitated by Sherry Steine, RYT 500, participants will delve into practices that nurture emotional well-being, reduce stress, and foster a balanced mind-body connection. Through a combination of discussion, practical exercises, and a guided Yin Yoga session, attendees will gain valuable insights and tools to enhance their emotional resilience through yoga, with a special focus on the importance of fascia nourishment for emotional wellness.

Sherry Steine

Sherry Steine, RYT500, is a Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher and has studied with the author, psychologist, certified yoga therapist, and educator Dr. Gail Parker and yoga teacher Cyndi Lee (formerly of OM Yoga). In addition, she has practiced with and has been influenced by yoga teacher, author, and rest coach Octavia Raheem and was mentored by Elena Brower. Sherry has studied Chinese Medicine and Yoga, Yin Asana and Biomechanics, Trauma-Informed/Sensitive Yoga, and Yoga for Seniors. She completed her RYT 500 certification at Beloved Yoga.
