Calling all teens, ages 12-17, ready to experience inner strength, calm, confidence and compassion. Join us for this four-week series that offers:

Yoga helps us de-stress, move, breathe, and rest. Yoga gives us a toolkit for soothing our tight muscles, improving our flexibility and coordination, and counteracting the negative challenges of screen time, school and peer pressures. Take this opportunity to acknowledge your resilience and recharge for the week ahead.

This is an online, 6-week session.
Gina Kane, MSOT, CYT, serves as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, following a 32-year career as a pediatric occupational therapist. She was owner, president and clinical director of Skill Builders, a pediatric OT private practice in northern Virginia for the majority of that time. Her love for yoga began in 1995, with numerous teacher training courses to follow, including Yoga for the Special Child, Integral Yoga Teacher Training Levels I and II, and certification as a Structural Yoga Therapist and as a Calming Kids Yoga Teacher. Her passion for teaching children and teens includes a love for having fun, and a strong belief in the importance of movement, breathing and meditation practices, as all children deserve to know that they can find contentment and peace by going within.
