$40.00 Winter Solstice Chakra Balancing through Yoga & Deep Sound Immersion
The winter solstice marks the shortest day and longest night of the year. In the yoga tradition, it represents a time of turning inward for self-reflection and renewal as the cycle of light begins to return. It is a time to release the old year and plant seeds of intention for new beginnings.
The Sanskrit word “chakra” translates to “wheel or disk.” The chakra refers to wheels of energy centers throughout the body, found along the spine, starting at the base of the spine and progressing through the crown of the head. When chakras are balanced, one may experience a sense of harmony, vigor, and overall well-being.
Join YongIn and Antonia for an immersive wellness experience combining the ancient practices of sound healing and yoga to create a multi-sensory experience that deepens your connection to the season's energy while aligning and balancing your chakras. We practice to release the old year's energy and prepare for the rebirth and renewal that is symbolic of the winter solstice.
