Supporting Access to Eating Disorder Care through Project HEAL

Join us for a gentle, trauma-informed yoga class designed to support healing in a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space. This class is rooted in the belief that yoga should be accessible to every body, regardless of size, experience level, or background. Guided with care and consent-based cueing, this session offers an opportunity to reconnect with your body on your own terms.

This is a donation-based class, and 100% of proceeds go to Project HEAL, a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking down systemic barriers to eating disorder treatment—particularly for people often left out of the conversation, including those in larger bodies, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and low-income communities.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. Mats and props are provided. Come exactly as you are—your presence is enough.

What to Expect:

  • A welcoming, judgment-free environment

  • Practices grounded in trauma-informed principles

  • Size-inclusive and adaptable movement

  • Emphasis on choice, safety, and self-agency

Together, we practice not to change our bodies, but to honor them.
