In this class, resistance bands are added to bring a new dimension of fitness to your yoga practice. Using resistance bands is a safe and effective way to build core strength and stability, keep muscles and joints healthy and improve overall flexibility and mobility. Modifications will be made to accommodate all levels. Try this class for a stronger, healthier you!



Kelly Kessler

Kelly Kessler has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and is a registered yoga teacher at Yoga Alliance.  She attends classes and trainings with master teachers to expand her knowledge of yoga, yoga therapy and deepen her own practice. Kelly brings a unique insight onto the mat integrating massage therapy experience with yoga wisdom creating an accessible, challenging, safe and fun class for her students.
