Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga brings the same physical, mental and spiritual benefits as regular yoga - helping to prevent muscle loss, improve joint stability and diminish pain and stiffness. While seated on chairs, students can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends and mild backbends.
