Stillness through Gentle Yoga with Linda
Each week, a gentle yoga class will be offered to explore cultivating internal stillness through various lenses. The foundational philosophies of the yoga sutras and the Svastha Wellness model will guide each practice. Discussion will draw on philosophy, integrative medicine, literature, and your own experiences.

As we navigate the outside world of constant information about global turmoil and domestic imbalances, we can choose to cultivate a small habit of creating our own garden of internal peace. Recently, we have witnessed the Walk for Peace by Buddhist monks and their beloved furry companion, Aloka. Come into community to continue your personal walk of peace, which starts inwardly. The outside world will always be there. Allow the inner world of your own sanctuary to develop and grow into your stillness refuge, practicing compassion for yourself as well as others.
